Bail premiums (costs) are regulated by the state of California and are non-negotiable. The cost of a San Diego County bail bond is 10% of the bail amount. So if the defendant has a 10,000 bail the premium would be $1,000, and is non-refundable once the defendant is released. We do offer a 20% discount to union members, active military and attorney referrals as we have secured special permission by the state to offer this unique discount to those who qualify. Each bail agency is regulated by the State of California and is obligated by these pricing standards. We are one of the few companies that offer any kind of discount to union members and military personal.

Our company has asked for special permission from the California Insurance Department to offer a 20 percent discount from your bail premium for the following conditions. Attorney Discount

A 20% percent discount is available to anyone who has received the services of a private attorney prior to bailing out with our company. We verify this by calling your attorney and are always happy to work with your legal team to make your release as quick and painless as possible.

Union and Military Discount
